Park Hyatt Auckland is located on the water’s edge and offers expansive views across Wynyard Quarter’s Lighter Basin and out to the Waitematā Harbour. We did level 7 roofing fire protection. Tech Passive Fire equipped the building with all the passive fire protection elements to keep this incredible building and its occupant safe from the risk of fire. The waterfront residence has 195 guestrooms, four restaurants and bars, versatile and elegant event spaces, a day spa, a 25-metre infinity pool, and a full fitness center.
